Personal data we process
We only process your personal data if you use our website and/or if we have your explicit consent for processing your personal data. We treat your personal data as strictly confidential and only collect personal data that is required for legitimate purposes. Personal data is only processed for the indicated purpose. The data is not stored any longer than needed.
The types of personal data we process is dependent on the service you use. These services are listed below along with the types of personal data used in those services.
When filling in the contact form, the following data is collected:
- First and last name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Company (optional)
In order to give a response to the message in the form, the above data has to be processed. The information you provide in the contact form will be saved until the request has been fulfilled. The processing of this data requires your explicit permission.
When you visit our website, we keep track of your visit. We store cookies by Google Analytics to analyze website traffic. This cookie collects your IP address. To ensure your privacy the last octet of your IP address is removed. The information is not shared with Google and will not be used by other Google services. We have a data processing agreement with Google Analytics.
When you create an account, we process the following data:
- User name
- Email address
The information is only processed for authentication. Your email address is needed for verification, for issues related to your account and to restore your password. If you would like to delete your account and any data associated with that account, please contact us.
Providing personal data to third-parties
Quant Base will only provide your personal data to third parties if this is required for the execution of an agreement with you, or to comply with any legal obligations. We sign data processing agreements with any third-parties that process your data to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Data will not be transferred outside of the EU.
Quant Base does not use automated decision-making.
Quant Base does not intend to collect data from website visitors who are younger than 16 years without the permission of a parent or guardian. However, we cannot verify the age of a user. Please contact us if you believe that we have collected personal information from a minor without permission.
We would like to remind you of your rights:
- Right of access. You shall have the right to access your personal information.
- Right to rectification. You have the right to rectification and to have inclompete personal data completed, including by means of providing a supplementary statement.
- Right to erasure. Do you want data removed from our system? Then you have the right to have your data (partially) deleted.
- Right to data portability. You can receive your data that we store and transferm to another party.
- Right to object. If you feel that we are processing data incorrectly, you can object to the personal data processing.
